    I will admit that I am a bit tenderhearted and got just a little teary eyed while watching this movie, but I thought that it was phenomenal and I plan on sharing it with my staff at our next meeting. I think that it is so important to remember that anyone can make a difference and that everyone who plays a part in a business should be doing everything they can to “make memories” for their customers. This video shows that even the little things really do make a difference. Johnny should be incredibly proud of his achievements! Without him their store may not have undergone the transformation that they had.

    I'm not that tenderhearted and the video touched me also!! I was working on a high-tech project with numerous IBM employees. One of them said to me that he was tired of always hearing that IBM was so large and impersonal to deal with, so he decided to start taking ownership of IBM's image a little bit at a time. Instead of just brushing people off when they needed info outside of his expertise, he would actually track down the right person with the info. Though it's a huge company, that guy actually showed his customers that IBM can actually care about small projects and small customers.
