I found that this article really simplifies the qualities that make a good leader. As you read through you will realize that all of the traits mentioned make for a good human being also.

    Heather - great article and great list of traits. Encouraging that the qualities are cultivated and not just congenital. BTW, Jack and Suzi Welch write an insightful article every issue of Business Week on the final page.
