    I do agree with the video that the three transformations are items that every business needs to look at and evaluate. To start with diversity, I think our world has become more global and managers that do not reach out to diverse groups would be limiting themselves in both customers and resources.
    As far as generations go, I think the changes in communication, technology, etc. have great value and can make business more effecient. I like the idea that the new technologies make the world a smaller place and we can quickly communicate with others. However, one thing I don't like is sometimes these new techniques sometimes actually make some communication less personal. I am referring to some people's tendency to text while talking to others or while in a meeting. In these situations, technology is a hindrance to communication as the person being "ignored" by the textor can experience negatvie feelings.
    I think the economic transformation has become very key to success. I think it is irresponsible of business owners to give excessive salaries or perks for themselves even if the business is floundering. I just don't get why any such owners didn't understand (or ignored) the fact that eventually, the business would not be able to sustain itself with such excesses.
