  1. I found this article interesting. The same criteria that were used to pick the best sites can be used to evaluate any business site. I am not surprised that Radnor made the list; they are part of the main line, so their economy is likely to be more stable and to also have people in a financial and educational position to be become business areas. With the proliferation of colleges (I heard that Philadelphia and the surrounding communities have more colleges than Boston), there is a large talent pool availaable.
